The 5-sec rule is simple. “If you think to do something, then immediately under 5-sec move physically otherwise your brain will kill the thought”.
The moment something struck your mind, start doing it in 5 seconds, or the brain will kill the thoughts.
For example - If you want to read a book immediately count backward from 5-4-3-2-1 pick up the book and start reading. Doing this will definitely increase the possibility of you reading the complete book.
